Yes, all of the above. You can use them fresh from the garden or trim them, hang them upside in a cool dry place and dry them. Once dried, put them in a jar and enjoy!
The more you trim them the better!!! They will keep growing all summer and get nice and full. Trim them then hang them up to dry or use them tonight in some of your dinner!
